Tarot Reading Policies

By purchasing a reading from Tarot by Ethereal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following policies.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a reading. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Purpose of Readings
Tarot readings are provided for personal insight, spiritual guidance, reflection, and entertainment purposes.
A reading does not replace professional medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other licensed advice. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions after receiving a reading.
Readings reflect the circumstances and possibilities surrounding the situation at the time of the reading. Outcomes are not guaranteed because personal choices, outside circumstances, and free will may change.
Turnaround Time
Standard tarot readings are normally completed within 2 to 3 days.
Orders placed after 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time begin processing the following day. Turnaround time begins after all required questions and information have been received.
Delivery times may be extended during holidays, emergencies, website interruptions, or unusually high order volume. Clients will be contacted if a significant delay occurs.
Rush Orders
Rush readings receive priority and are completed within the timeframe stated in the product description.
Same day rush orders must be purchased before 10:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Rush orders placed after 10:00 p.m. begin processing the following day.
Purchasing a rush option does not guarantee an immediate response. It reserves priority placement within the selected delivery period.
Questions and Client Information
Clients are responsible for submitting the correct question, name, email address, and any relevant information needed for the reading.
Please review your information before submitting your order. Tarot by Ethereal is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information, missing questions, or incomplete order details.
One reading covers the question or subject included with the purchased service. Additional questions may require a separate purchase.
Clarifications
A clarification may explain something already included in the reading. It does not include a new question, a second reading, additional cards, or a different subject.
Requests to repeatedly recheck an answer or obtain a different outcome are not included with the original service.
Refunds and Cancellations
Because tarot readings are personalized digital services, all sales are final once preparation or work on the reading has started.
A cancellation may be requested before work begins. Approval is not guaranteed if the order has already entered processing.
Refunds will not be issued because:
• The client dislikes or disagrees with the message
• The reading does not confirm the outcome the client wanted
• Circumstances change after the reading
• The client submits incorrect or incomplete information
• The client fails to read the product description before purchasing
• The completed reading has already been delivered
• A rush order has already entered processing
If Tarot by Ethereal is unable to complete the purchased service, the client will receive a refund or the option to reschedule.
Any refund approved by Tarot by Ethereal will be returned through the original payment method.
Missed Phone or Live Readings
Clients should be available at the scheduled time.
A rescheduling request must be submitted at least 24 hours before the appointment whenever possible. Late arrivals may reduce the available reading time.
A missed appointment without notice may be considered completed and may not qualify for a refund. A new appointment may require another purchase.
Reading Limitations
Tarot by Ethereal may decline or limit questions involving:
• Medical diagnoses or treatment decisions
• Pregnancy outcomes or paternity
• Death predictions
• Guaranteed legal or court outcomes
• Lottery numbers, gambling, or guaranteed financial gains
• Requests involving stalking, harassment, abuse, or illegal activity
The reader may reword a question when needed to provide responsible guidance.
Client Conduct and Boundaries
Respectful communication is required.
Harassment, threats, discrimination, repeated boundary violations, excessive messaging, manipulation, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated. Service may be refused or discontinued when these boundaries are violated.
Purchasing a reading does not provide unlimited access to the reader through email, social media, text messages, or direct messages.
Tarot by Ethereal reserves the right to decline future orders from clients who misuse services, file fraudulent disputes, or repeatedly violate business policies.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Personal information and reading details will be treated respectfully and will not be intentionally shared publicly without permission, except when disclosure is required by law or necessary to process an order or payment.
Clients should avoid submitting highly sensitive information that is unnecessary for the reading.
Testimonials or reviews may be shared for business purposes. Identifying information will be removed unless the client has given permission for it to be displayed.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact Tarot by Ethereal directly regarding an order concern before filing a payment dispute.
Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes filed after a completed service has been delivered may result in the refusal of future services. Order records and proof of delivery may be submitted to the payment provider when responding to a dispute.
Acceptance of Policies
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of tarot readings and agree to these policies.
Tarot by Ethereal reserves the right to update these policies when necessary. The version posted on the website at the time of purchase will apply to that order.
